About the Conference
The Haifa Bay International Conference for Regionality 2025, organized by the Haifa Bay Cluster of Local Authorities, will take place November 10–12 at the Haifa Congress Center. Bringing together 18 Jewish, Arab, and Druze municipalities, the conference promotes interfaith, intercultural, and regional cooperation. Against a backdrop of geo-strategic change — including the Abraham Accords and the India–Middle East–Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC) — Haifa Bay serves as a strategic gateway connecting Israel to Europe and the Middle East.
